Today we have two big updates to announce!
Shop & Treasure sheets are live for every D&D player!
We’re out of Early Access! Now every player, regardless of subscription tier, can build fully-stocked Shops and Treasure chests in seconds! You’ll even see Shops and Treasure sheets start appearing in our official content, including in next week’s Arcana Unleashed, as well as in the 5.5e PHB and DMG!

Even more exciting, we’ve launched a brand new feature…
Sheet-to-sheet item transfers for Pro and Elite subscribers.

This brand new feature lets players transfer items from a Shop or Treasure sheet onto a character. You can even choose to have the cost auto-deduct from the player’s inventory!
Learn more about each of these new features
Deep Dive: Shop Sheet Basics
Shop & Treasure Sheets are built the same way you’d build a character. Create a new character, name it, select Shop / Treasure, then generate inventory straight from your compendium or add custom items by hand.

You can add markup and discounts, set a Lock DC, and more! You’ll also start to see the feature show up in official D&D content releases, such as the upcoming Arcana Unleashed adventures, as well as your 5.5E PHB and DMG in the coming weeks!

Tip: Shop & Treasure Sheets work with D&D 5e games too! Just enable multi-sheet support in your game, then build and share shops in the new D&D Fifth Edition sheet. Shop Sheets support both 5e and 5.5e content. The only limitation is that sheet-to-sheet item transfer won’t work between the new and classic sheet, but everything else works the same.
Even Hotter Tip: You can drag a spell from your compendium to the shop, and it will turn it into a scroll for sale! When you purchase it you get the scroll + the spell on your sheet.
Deep Dive: Sheet-to-Sheet Item Transfers (Pro & Elite)
Pro and Elite subscriber’s games can now move items from a Shop or Treasure sheet onto a character, without manual re-entry. Players can choose items to purchase (and have the money deducted), and it shows up on their sheet.
Important: For players to shop from a sheet, you’ll need to give them “Edit” access to it, since purchasing technically involves deducting items. Don’t worry though, this won’t let them actually edit the sheet itself. Only the person who created the shop (or the GM) can do that.
Tip: Purchased items affect the character sheet they land on! A Potion of Climbing can be toggled the moment you buy it to grant a speed bonus!

As this is a brand new feature, we’re actively collecting feedback to refine it. How natural is the implementation for you? Where would you like to see more of this kind of sheet-to-sheet feature?
How to Access

- Enter any game with the D&D Fifth Edition sheet enabled, or directly at Roll20 Characters
- Click Create New Character, then choose Shop & Treasure at the bottom of the builder
- To let your players see your shop, give All Players both Journal and Edit access to this sheet. (Edit access doesn’t actually let players change the sheet, just purchase from it. More settings coming soon)
- Press Add to generate inventory from your compendiums or add custom items
- Pro and Elite subscribers, click the Sell or Buy button to transfer items.
Separately, if you want to create a Shop sheet where all players can fully manage the inventory (shared party stash, etc), at the top of the Shop Profile edit screen you’ll find a toggle to let you do exactly that.
