Our Demiplane and Roll20 VTT integration has entered Public Alpha: try the Starfinder Playtest using the Demiplane Starfinder character sheet inside Roll20 Jumpgate games! Character sheets using Beacon SDK now have enhanced usability and performance, our monthly AMA is scheduled for March 4, 1-2pm EST in the Roll20 forums, and the Dungeons & Dragons 2024 complete ruleset is now available!
Demiplane ➕ Roll20: No Need to Buy Twice!
Purchase a game title once and access it across both the Roll20 VTT and Demiplane! Our goal is to eliminate the need to buy the same title separately for each platform: it’s a natural step towards a more streamlined and cost-effective experience to play.
That’s not all! For our first step, Demiplane’s Starfinder 2e Playtest is now available as a new Character Sheet in Roll20’s Jumpgate Virtual Tabletop.
New Updates for Character Sheets
We’ve enhanced the usability and performance of character sheets written with Beacon SDK (our advanced sheet infrastructure) in Jumpgate games. Dungeons & Dragons 2024, Candela Obscura, Coyote & Crow, and Marvel Multiverse RPG character sheets now have improved interactions with the Tabletop, including:
- Collapsing more responsively
- Automated hiding during Tabletop interactions
- Smoother resizing
- Re-maximization via double-clicking in the journal or shift-clicking on a token
- X-out capability on minimized sheets
- The ability to move sheets on touch devices
- Support for animated avatars
Additionally, several longstanding bugs have been fixed, including issues with minimized sheet names disappearing, resizing glitches, scrolling limitations, and improper z-index layering.
