What is Roll20 Reserve?

Roll20 Reserve is a monthly reward for Pro subscribers, featuring map packs, modules, token packs, and much more: all curated to enhance your gaming experience. Each month, a new, hand-picked reward becomes available for Pro subscribers to add to their collection permanently. Create a game using the redeemed item via the Reserve page or visit the Marketplace page and see exactly what this month’s reward entails.

When Do I Get My Reward?

Roll20 Reserve is updated on the first Tuesday of the month. Once redeemed, items are retained even if the subscription is canceled. Items redeemed from Roll20 Reserve are kept, but these rewards are soon retired from the Reserve to make way for new offers.

How Do I Claim my Reserve Title?

  1. Navigate to https://roll20.net/reserve
  2. The current title will be displayed, along with a link to the publisher’s catalog, a brief description, and access to the public listing on the Marketplace. 
  3. Pro users will see a “Claim Now” button on both the Reserve Page and the Marketplace Listing. Non-Pro users will have an option to “Upgrade Now” to take advantage of the Reserve program.
  4. Clicking the “Claim Now” button will immediately add the Reserve title to your My Marketplace Items page!

How do I Use my Claimed Title?

After claiming, you will see a pop-up window verifying your claim that contains a “Create Game” button. This is not always the easiest way to access your title, depending on the item type and/or if you are hoping to start a brand-new game vs. use the title in an existing campaign.

Compendium

You can access all of the rules, items, and creatures from Compendiums in and out of your games.

Module

If the title is a Module, clicking the “Create Game” button will automatically add the Module to a new campaign. 

Addon

Clicking the “Create Game” button will automatically add the Addon to a new campaign. If you prefer to utilize the Addon with an existing campaign, utilize the Addons drop-down menu on the Game Details page.

Art Pack

Automatically available within any game via the Marketplace Purchases section of your Art Library in VTT. Searching the exact title can help you find it if you have a lot of Marketplace purchases. Navigate to the Art Library tab in the VTT. You will find all of your claimed Art Packs listed there. If trying to find them using the in-VTT search, we recommend searching for the full pack title (example: Ultimate Quest Board: Haunted Edition).
